Shipping

Most in-stock orders ship the same day. However, some orders will ship next business day especially if placed late in the afternoon. You will be promptly notified if your order happens to be out-of-stock. Most out-of-stock orders ship within two weeks. A time estimate will be given for out-of-stock orders and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order at any time before shipment. We do not charge you for out-of-stock orders until the item is in-stock. Items are typically shipped UPS or USPS for domestic orders. Please note that your item may ship from warehouses located in different parts of the country. We will do our to ship from locations closest to the customer's ship-to address. Most orders ship within 24 hours and will arrive in 4 to 8 business days with final delivery by UPS or USPS. Some items may be upgraded to a fast service depending upon size, weight and value. A signature may be required for delivery. Items that ship by truck service, or are shipped directly from the manufacturer, may not qualify for expedited ground shipping. Claims of shipment damage, incorrect/missing items, or non-receipt of goods must be made within seven (7) days. Please submit a request so we can resolve any shipping problems as quickly as possible.

International and Canada orders

Currently we do not ship to Puerto Rico or any of the Virgin Islands. Canada shipping charges are dependent upon weights and dimensions of the package(s). Customs delays can occur adding 1-2 days. Any additional brokerage, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local Customs office for an estimate of these fees. All international purchases are final and non-returnable. Warranty service may not be guaranteed or not available outside the United States. Please note that we will not ship items as "gifts" for customs purposes or undervalue the customs value. Any refused packages will be charged for shipping costs and all fees associated with the return shipment. International orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Additional shipping charges may be required for oversized items. We accept PayPal and international wire transfers. We reserve the right to unilaterally refuse or reject international orders for any reason. Note, that some brands like Minn Kota, Lowrance and Hazmat items will not be shipped outside the United States.
